Terms of Service

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specifications you provide. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and pay the agreed deposit.

Custom and bulk orders are produced to your approved sample and specification. Please review samples carefully before approving production.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and depend on quantity, fabric, decoration and finishing. Per-unit pricing improves with volume.

A deposit confirms your order; the balance is payable before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Estimated timelines are shared with your quote and begin once the sample and deposit are confirmed. Timelines may vary with order size, complexity and fabric availability; we will keep you informed of any change.

Every order passes in-house quality control at each stage. Minor variations inherent to manufacturing (such as slight colour or measurement tolerances) are normal. Any genuine quality issue will be resolved promptly — see our Shipping & Returns page.

You retain ownership of the artwork, logos and designs you supply, and confirm you have the right to use them. Website content, branding and imagery belong to Vdart Enterprises and may not be reused without permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
